Subpar experience compared to many Starbucks I've been to.
The drive thru has no in between experience. It's either quick and efficient or takes 40 minutes!
They always seem understaffed and not personable with customers like I've experienced at other locations. I still visit because of location to home and work for me personally. -

This Starbucks has been in this location for many years, and they are usually busy, or at least steady.
They recently remodeled and I like the new look a lot. THEY NOW HAVE NITRO COLD BREW!!
There are several more comfy places to sit, as well as more seating in general. The inside has one long booth with 4 small tables perfect for 1-2 patrons. They also have a community table with, I believe, 6 chairs. There are two other tables and in a corner, there are three comfy chairs with several little ottomans.
The patio outside is FULL of seating and tables that are covered by umbrellas. It is a very nice upgrade in my personal opinion.
The baristas are very friendly and have been prompt with my drink. They are willing to answer questions with a smile on their face, and when they did t have what I wanted, they helped me choose something else to drink.
Also, THEY NOW HAVE NITRO COLD BREW!!!

I'm a frequent flyer of Starbucks. I started going to this Starbucks when the other Fairmont location moved. It's worth it to drive a little out of the way to go to the other location, where there is better drinks and friendly workers.
I went this morning and it wasn't busy. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. I waited and waited AND waited and finally said, "Hello" before I was greeted.
It's one thing if service lacks when it's busy, but there's no excuse when it's not busy. -

So I've come this Starbucks around the 7pm hour and it's never super busy but geez they take awhile to make some coffee. I get it handcrafted coffee takes time but it's super slow.
Today I asked for a flat white no foam. Pick up the cup and I know it has foam. So I tell the barista that I didn't want foam... so she makes me another coffee and asks " do you want to check the foam" what the heck kind of question is that. If I order no foam then there should be no FOAM. Why would I need to check it. So disappointing. -

Son unos putos huevones. Every time I try to give this Starbucks a chance, I ask for something and they "don't have it". Last time I ordered a panini through drive through and was told there was none, but I was so hungry I walked in to see why they had: FULLY STOCKED when I walked in. Overall, service sucks and the past three times I've tried its the same story.
